Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Electricians with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in lighting manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lighting products, ensuring production efficiency and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, wire, and test lighting fixtures as per technical drawings and specifications. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot electrical issues during production. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Maintain tools and equipment, report malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements: Education: ITI (Electrician) – Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical work, specifically in lighting manufacturing. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuits. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults. Familiarity with safety regulations and practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Locations: Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Nashik, Patna, Nagpur – Candidate must be willing to work in any of these locations. Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated assembly lines. Understanding of LED and other lighting technologies.
