Overview: We are seeking a dedicated ERP Functional Support Executive to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Business Central. The ideal candidate will provide functional support, focus on user support, conduct user training and ensure the optimal use of ERP functionalities.Key Responsibilities: User Support:Assist users with ERP system queries (Business Central).Resolve functional issues and provide solutions for better usage.User Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users.Develop training materials and user guides.User Assistance:Support users in utilizing complex ERP features.Provide expertise on best practices and system capabilities.System Customization:Customize ERP functionalities to align with business processes.Assist in the configuration of new modules or features.Collaboration:Work closely with business teams to understand their needs.Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support and enhancements.Qualifications:Experience:2-3 years in ERP functional support roles preferred but fresher can also apply.
