Job Title: Testing & Validation Engineer – BEV Components (Diploma Holders only) Qualification: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience Key Responsibilities: Perform testing and validation of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) components as per standards and project requirements. Prepare and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for electrical and electronic components. Conduct performance, durability, and environmental tests on BEV subsystems. Identify and analyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions. Work with design and development teams to improve product performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards during all testing activities. Required Skills: Good understanding of BEV systems and components (battery packs, motors, inverters, chargers, etc.). Hands-on experience in electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.). Familiarity with validation procedures, test automation, and data acquisition systems. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
