Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical & PCB Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in commercial, industrial, and automation equipment. You should be capable of reading technical blueprints and executing projects from scratch through to commissioning. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians who are passionate about delivering safe, efficient electrical and electronics solutions across varied environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical/electronic schematics. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems. Troubleshoot electrical and PCB-related issues and perform corrective actions using appropriate testing tools. Repair and replace faulty wiring, fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, motors, controllers, and other equipment. Assemble and solder PCBs for prototypes and production use, ensuring proper component placement and ESD-safe handling. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), safety guidelines, and local/state regulations. Collaborate with engineers and technicians for new installations or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Work on industrial and vending machine wiring. Design and modify motor power control circuits. Handle equipment calibration, control panel wiring, and have a basic understanding of PLCs. Required Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field from a recognized institute. 1–3 years of experience in electrical fieldwork or PCB assembly (Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome). Knowledge of PCB soldering techniques and electronic components. Familiarity with control panels, DB boards, MCBs, and wiring types. Ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams and perform panel and PCB assembly. Understanding of safety protocols and electrical codes. Basic experience with hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing instruments. Physically fit and willing to work at on-site and factory locations.
