Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Electrical Estimation Engineer at HVAX Technologies Ltd. The role will be to support the Electrical and Estimation team by providing accurate and timely cost estimations for electrical projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed pricing proposals, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure client expectations are met. The position also focuses on improving estimation methodologies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and ensuring effective vendor communication to optimize project cost and value.

1.     Project Analysis

 Analyze project specifications and requirements provided by the sales team  

2.      Cost Estimation

 Prepare detailed pricing proposals and cost breakdowns for sales presentations and client submissions. 

3.      Collaboration

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor cost estimates accordingly.  

4.     Industry Knowledge

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and cost factors.  

5.     Client Negotiations

Provide support during negotiations with clients, offering insights into cost implications and alternatives.  

6.     Methodology Improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve cost estimation methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.  

7.     Timely Completion

Ensure tasks are completed within specified deadlines.  

8.     Vendor Communication

Communicate with vendors for sale stage quotations and gather necessary information for cost estimation.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical estimation or related role

Experience in preparing pricing proposals and cost breakdowns

Knowledge of industry trends and pricing benchmarks in the electrical sector

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
