Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Solar Electrical Engineer / Personal Assistant to join our team and support both technical and executive operations in the Australian solar energy sector. This unique role blends engineering knowledge with administrative support, offering the opportunity to contribute to project success while assisting in the smooth coordination of daily business activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Strong understanding of solar system design, inverter and battery selection, and compliance requirements. Knowledge and ability to ensure compliance with Australian Standards (AS 4777, AS/NZS 5033) and Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines. Ability to support installation teams with technical queries and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Well-organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail. Professional handling of confidential information and executive-level communication. Other Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM tools such as ClickUp and HubSpot. Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest solar industry trends, especially with tools like OpenSolar. Basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms/software is an advantage.
