Job Description

Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Government Projects – MP PWD SOR) Job Overview: The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical installation, HT/LT work, AC maintenance, lighting systems, and must be well-versed with MP PWD SOR norms . This is a full-time, site-based role involving both technical execution and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete electrical installation and maintenance for government infrastructure projects. Execute and supervise HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) line work as per safety and regulatory standards. Oversee new electrical installations , including wiring, switchgear, panels, and power distribution systems. Carry out AC system maintenance and resolve breakdowns promptly. Lead installation of stadium lighting , facade lighting , and general outdoor/indoor illumination works. Ensure all works are in compliance with MP PWD SOR and government technical standards. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and government officials for timely approvals and inspections. Prepare DPRs, estimates, technical documentation, and maintain accurate project records. Supervise on-site electricians and ensure execution quality, material management, and worker safety. Eligibility & Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience working on government electrical projects , especially under MP PWD SOR . Proven experience in executing HT/LT, lighting, and AC systems in large-scale public works. Familiarity with government billing processes and compliance documentation. Strong site management and coordination skills. Ability to manage teams and deliver within deadlines.
