Job Description

Job Title: C-License Electrical Engineer

Location:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, motors, and control equipment.
Ensure compliance with TNEB norms and electrical safety regulations.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant electrical machinery.
Monitor and manage power distribution systems across the factory.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operation.
Handle transformer, LT/HT lines, MCC panels, and industrial wiring.
Maintain documentation related to electrical audits, safety checks, and statutory records.
Attend electrical breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure energy-saving practices and recommend technical improvements.
Supervise electricians and contractors when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid
Tamil Nadu C-License
(Mandatory).
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
25 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance (salt industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of LT/HT systems, motors, and industrial control systems.
Good understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance.
Willing to work in manufacturing/plant environment.
