Job Description

Electrical

Responsibilities

Ensure the successful execution of electrical installations, compliance with project specifications and standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers, subcontractors and deliver electrical installation activities to meet project timeline.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Enforce safety regulations and standards related to electrical installations.
Provide technical guidance and support to electrical engineers, supervisors, and technicians to improve their skills .
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors regarding electrical project requirements and progress.

KPI

Ensure timely procurement of approved Electrical Materials, fixtures and equipments in co-ordination with procurement team.
Conduct inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and procedures to achieve high-quality electrical workmanship.
Address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) promptly and effectively.
Maintain records of electrical materials, equipment, and expenditures. Prepare progress reports, documentation of electrical works, and project status updates.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction with electrical deliverables.
