Oversees and manages electrical projects, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.

Role & responsibilities: 1) Sound knowledge of electrical wiring ( LT & HT LINE) 2) Capacity to handle high power DG sets ( 600 kva & above) 3) Must handle chiller/ compressors/ dryers 4) In general, must handle internal wiring/ plumbing/ 5) Knowledge of rule 32 is a must. 6) Knowledge of handling power banks. Preferred candidate profile: Must have C License. Experience in Maintenance.

Manage day-to-day operations of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, DG sets, and distribution systems. Monitor and maintain electrical infrastructure to ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical installations and equipment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and utility service providers for maintenance and statutory inspections. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations (CEIG, IE Rules, etc.). Maintain and update all documentation, checklists, and maintenance logs (as per ISO or internal standards). Respond to electrical emergencies and troubleshoot faults with minimal downtime. Support energy conservation initiatives and recommend improvements. Conduct periodic audits, testing, and inspections to ensure equipment health. Supervise a team of technicians and ensure work quality and timely execution. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 3 to 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in facility or property management. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and compliance. Familiarity with BMS, EMS, and CMMS systems is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call duties when required.
