Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Electrical and Electronics Engineer (EEE) to design, develop, and support electrical and electronic systems across industrial, building, and automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, circuit development, testing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop power distribution, lighting, earthing, and control systems for MEP or industrial projects.

2. Prepare single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring layouts, and panel schematics using AutoCAD or Revit.

3. Estimate material requirements and support site installation and commissioning.

4. Ensure designs comply with IEC, IS, or NEC standards and project specifications.

5. Design and test electronic circuits and embedded control systems for automation or energy projects.

6. Work with microcontrollers, PLCs, sensors, and actuators for system integration.

7. Develop PCB layouts, testing procedures, and control logic for prototypes or production.

8. Support R&D, product testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components.

9. Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and automation teams for project integration.

10. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

11. Participate in project reviews, quality checks, and technical presentations.

12. Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

2. 0–1 years of experience in electrical/electronics design, automation, or related projects.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or EPLAN for electrical design.

4. Knowledge of microcontrollers, PCB design, and control circuits (Proteus, Altium, KiCAD).

5. Familiarity with PLC programming, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

7. Good understanding of safety and electrical standards (IEC/IS/NEC).

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have):

1. Experience in MEP, renewable energy, or industrial automation projects.

2. Exposure to BIM tools, IoT systems, or smart building controls.

3. Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or embedded C programming.
