Role Overview

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design & Drafting:

  Develop detailed designs and AutoCAD drawings for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communication systems.

• MEP Coordination:

  Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing engineers for integrated MEP systems design and documentation.

• Project Execution:

  Ensure timely delivery of electrical design packages, BOQs, load calculations, and compliance with project requirements.

• Leadership & Mentorship:

  Guide junior engineers and drafters, provide training, and support team development.

• Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:

  Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to support pre-sales and business development initiatives.

• Quality & Standards:

  Ensure all designs comply with national and international codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Electrical Engineering

  or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  in electrical system design and drafting for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and exposure to other drafting/design software.
• Strong knowledge of

  MEP system design, drafting, and coordination

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  (knowledge of additional regional languages will be a plus).
• Strong leadership qualities, team management skills, and ability to mentor new hires.
• Open to

  client-facing roles

  and supporting pre-sales activities.
• Based in

  Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

  and willing to work from office, Monday to Friday.
