Role Overview: We are looking for motivated Electrical Design Engineers with 1–5 years of experience in designing building electrical systems. The role involves supporting the design and documentation of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low current, and telecommunication systems while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems. Prepare schematics, SLDs, layouts, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Develop load estimations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short circuit analysis using relevant software tools. Create BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and clients to ensure integrated design solutions. Support senior engineers in design reviews, value engineering, and site coordination as required. Participate in project meetings, address technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of design packages. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 1 to 5 years of experience in electrical system design for buildings. Good understanding of MEP coordination, electrical codes, and construction practices. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
