Job Title: Sales Executive – Power Solutions (Diesel Genset, Control Panel, UPS) Location: Rajkot, Saurashtra, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi (Multiple Openings) About Us: We are a fast-growing company in the power generation, control, and backup solutions sector, offering high-quality Diesel Gensets, Control Panels, and UPS systems. With our expanding footprint across Gujarat, we are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories (Rajkot, Saurashtra, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi). Promote and sell Diesel Gensets, Control Panels, and UPS solutions to industries, corporates, contractors, builders, and institutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred. 1–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably in power solutions, electrical equipment, or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively in the assigned region.
