Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Electrical design, BIM software proficiency, Lighting design, Electrical systems knowledge, Collaboration skills, Problem-solving abilities, Roles & Responsibilities Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks, with a strong command of both programs. Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Develop discipline-specific BIM Modelling content for the Project. Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency. Proficient in coordinating clashes among architectural, structural, and MEPF components to ensure seamless integration by using Navis work. Capable of modifying designs and understanding basic design requirements. Experience with modeling Electrical and extra Low Voltage (ELV) services, including electrical circuiting, wiring, and panel/DB schedule preparation. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Understands and implements required design modifications such as Load Balancing, cable tray sizing, etc. Assist junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall team efficiency. Proactively identifies and resolves potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions. Ability to work on own initiative, manage own time and team to meet deadlines. Education & Experience Requirement Should possess 2-4 years experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
