Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled PHE BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in developing detailed BIM models for plumbing and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Public Health Engineering (PHE) concepts and proficiency in Revit MEP for modeling water supply, drainage, and firefighting layouts. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D BIM models of water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting systems using Revit MEP. Prepare shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and as-built models based on engineering mark-ups and project specifications. Ensure proper BIM coordination with other trades such as HVAC, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines. Implement and follow BIM execution plans and project-specific modeling standards. Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and clash detection reports as per project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate feedback to refine models. Maintain project documentation and support the design team with technical inputs related to PHE modeling. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5+ Years of experience in PHE BIM modeling using Revit MEP. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Good understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards.
