Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Educational Consultant. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for guiding students through the entire process of studying abroad, including university selection, application preparation, visa documentation, and pre-departure orientation. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication with students and parents, and collaborating with international university partners to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Qualifications Skills in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of proficiency in spoken and written English Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field is preferred Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus Enthusiastic team player with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals Show more Show less
