Overview

GEC Higher Education is an international student recruitment consultancy firm registered in France. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Local Higher Education Consultant in your city to promote our educational services, engage with prospective students, and support our recruitment goals.

The role begins with a 3-month provisional period, during which performance will determine eligibility for a full-time permanent position with a fixed salary aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote our services across social media platforms.
• Represent and promote our agency within local universities, student communities, and career clubs.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at student recruitment.
• Communicate effectively with international students; strong communication skills are required.
• Provide accurate program information, support prospective students, and guide them through their decision-making process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and work toward achieving a high conversion rate.

Compensation During the Provisional Period

During the 3-month provisional period, you will be considered a freelancer and compensated on a case-by-case basis. Examples are provided below.

Case 1: Partner University Programs

(e.g., MSc in Computer Science, Paris)
