Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Educational Consultant. The Educational Consultant will engage with potential learners to understand their needs, provide tailored guidance on our certification programs, and help them make informed decisions. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and supporting enrollment processes. The role also requires active collaboration with the marketing and administration teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with learners and stakeholders
• Proficiency in understanding training and certification programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the training or education industry preferred
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
