Key Requirements

3+ years of proven experience

✅ Graduation is mandatory (Post-graduation preferred)

Hindi, Telugu, and English

✅ Excellent communication, counseling, and relationship management skills

✅ Strong conversion and target-achievement capabilities

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems

✅ Ability to work independently and in a performance-driven environment

Roles & Responsibilities

🎓 Provide end-to-end counseling to students and parents for overseas education

🌍 Advise on country, university, course selection, and admission pathways

📑 Manage student applications, documentation, and offer-letter processes

🎯 Drive enrollments by converting qualified leads into successful admissions

📝 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, visas, and student onboarding

📊 Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Job Details

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📆 Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable)
