Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor, located in Noida. The Educational Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on academic and career paths, assess their needs, and recommend suitable educational programs. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, addressing inquiries about training programs, and supporting students in selecting and enrolling in appropriate courses. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of student interactions and contributing to the overall development of educational solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored educational advice
• Knowledge of the education sector and available academic programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with students and guide them effectively
• Familiarity with training or certification programs is an advantage
