About the Role:

Education Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the admissions and counseling team to achieve annual enrollment targets.
  
• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.
  
• Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants to generate leads.
  
• Oversee end-to-end admissions processes including inquiries, applications, counseling, and final enrollment.
  
• Monitor admission funnel metrics and ensure prompt follow-ups with prospects.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and enrollment opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for events, seminars, and school outreach programs.
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the admissions team for performance excellence.
  
• Maintain compliance with CBSE and IB admission norms and policies.
  
• Prepare regular MIS reports and presentations for management review.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Education, Management, Marketing

  , or a related field (essential).
• Master’s degree in

  Business Administration (MBA)

  ,

  Education Management

  , or a related discipline (preferred).

Experience Required:

• 7–10 years of experience in

  admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales

  , preferably in

  K12 schools, junior colleges, or coaching institutions

  .
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing admissions or enrollment teams.
  
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding admission targets in a competitive environment.
  
• Experience working with

  CBSE and IB-affiliated institutions

  is highly preferred.
