Job Responsibilities:

• Student Consultation

 Conduct detailed discussions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and learning objectives.

• Course Recommendation

 Recommend appropriate programs and certifications based on the student's profile and goals.

• Effective Communication

 Maintain clear and timely communication with students via phone, email, and chat platforms in a professional manner.

• Information Delivery

 Explain course structures, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures to ensure full understanding and transparency.

• Lead Management

 Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow up consistently, and ensure high engagement throughout the student lifecycle.

• Target Achievement

 Meet or exceed enrollment and engagement targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
2. 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, admissions, or related areas (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
3. Excellent communication and listening skills
4. Strong, persuasive, and decision-influencing skills
5. Time management and follow-up capabilities
6. Experience with CRM tools or lead management platforms
