Job Title: Education Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only) Industry: Education / EdTech / Training Locations: Ludhiana / Jalandhar / Narnaul Experience Required: 1 4 Years Budget: Up to 4.2 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and confident female professionals with a passion for education and student engagement. The role involves counselling prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions through a consultative approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic counselling to students and parents via calls, walk-ins, and online channels. Understand the student’s educational and career goals to recommend appropriate courses. Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads provided. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Maintain and update CRM with lead and conversion data. Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents. Coordinate with academic teams to ensure successful onboarding. Candidate Requirements: Only female candidates are eligible. Bachelor’s degree in any stream; education background preferred. 1–4 years of experience in counselling / inside sales / telesales (preferably in the education industry). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Good command over MS Excel and CRM tools. Goal-oriented with a persuasive and empathetic approach. Preferred Background: Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, skill development centers, or academic counselling. Local candidates from Ludhiana, Jalandhar, or Narnaul will be preferred.
