Education Counsellor

Work Mode : Work From Office | Gurugram | 6 Days Working (10AM - 7PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
• Ensure high conversion rate of all leads- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to successfully achieve the performance goals.
• Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
• Reach out to potential candidates through data calling and follow-ups.
• Identify the need for upskilling based on their industry and interests.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-intent prospects.
• Guide working professionals about various UG & PG programs available.
• Conduct one-on-one phone/video counseling sessions or in-person meetings.
• Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career goals.
• Provide detailed information on course selection, program requirements, and admission policies.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining program benefits.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages.
• Track and record all interactions, ensuring seamless follow-ups.
• Advocate for students' success by coordinating with faculty and administrators.
• Ensure daily deliverables are met while achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Adhere to the sales funnel process, from lead generation to successful closures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive overall admissions growth.
