Job Role: Education Counsellor & Center Head Key Responsibilities 1 . **Student Counseling and Lead Conversion:** - Call prospective students and address their queries regarding courses. - Guide students through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments. 2. **Seminars and Outreach:* - Visit colleges and institutions to conduct seminars and workshops promoting our training programs. 3. **Operational Management:** - Organize monthly and yearly planning for operations and admissions at the center. - Monitor and ensure monthly enrollment targets are met. 4. **Feedback and Improvement:** - Organize feedback sessions to improve training and operational processes. - Collaborate with teams to develop new strategies for student engagement. 5. **Team Coordination:** - Work closely with trainers, marketing teams, and the management to ensure smooth operations. Requirements 1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in education counseling or center management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to meet monthly targets and manage operational tasks efficiently. 4. Willingness to travel for seminars and outreach activities. 5. Proficiency in planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
