Role: Inside Sales Specialist Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in inside sales Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals and suggest relevant training solutions. Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and emails to generate sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent pre-sales support. Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative selling approach. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies. Desired Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and understand the sales process. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email communication, and basic data analysis.
