Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced product manager who has deep expertise in salesforce, with a strong product sense, analytical mindset, and communication skills. They must be able to think strategically and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What youll do

• Lead product management efforts for Salesforce ecosystem
• You’ll understand business priorities and define roadmaps
• You’ll spearhead the solutions and implementation phase with engineering team
• Understand the business process and goals, identify opportunities to improve metrics and design solutions that can positively impact the metrics that matter.
• Manages the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation and regular iteration
• Understanding technical architecture in your day-to-day interactions with developers & QA engineers
• Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics
• Champion feature adoption among all users who use Salesforce for their daily ops

What you’ve done:

• A skilled Salesforce expert with 5+ years of working on building Salesforce focussed solutions
• At least 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or product manager
• Computer Engineering degree (must have) with MBA - Good to have
• Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, the ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups is a must
• Strong communicator, can pursue and align key stakeholders to drive up product adaption
• Analytical, creative problem solver and troubleshooter, can use quantitative and qualitative
