• Proven track record in stakeholder management and agile delivery at scale.
• Strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Office suite

• Build and scale the

  Business Analysis function

• Lead delivery of
