Key Responsibilities: QA Laboratory Oversight Manage the QA Laboratory operations to ensure all testing, validations, and documentation align with industry and regulatory standards. Accountable for the quality of final export goods. Responsible for reviewing and justifying any material rejection with proper documentation, investigation reports, and compliance to defined specifications. Packaged Finished Goods Assurance Monitor and inspect packaged finished goods for: Inspect and verify finished goods packaging for labelling accuracy. Product integrity and shelf-life compliance. Compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Stores, Logistics, and Sales to ensure product quality is maintained up to the point of dispatch. Verify readiness of documentation including COA, MSDS, TDS, regulatory declarations, and shipping labels before delivery. Accountable to ensure the right product reaches the customer in the right condition. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with QC to ensure in-process and final product quality meets specifications. Support Sales with technical data, certifications, and customer-specific documents. Align with Logistics to ensure packaging, storage, and shipment processes uphold product quality and compliance. Present quality reports, trend analysis, and continuous improvement proposals to senior management. Training & Team Development Accountable and Responsible for defining and setting up Responsibilities and accountability of department’s personnel setting up annual/monthly KPI/Goals and defining enabling authorities and boundaries. Guide the managers to identifying their training needs and defining their training and development programmes. Train QA/QC/lab & other department staff on QMS standards, good documentation practices, audit preparedness, and regulatory updates. Actively participate as a management team member to develop and implement Integrated Management Systems and work for Sustainable parameters.
