Key Roles & Responsibilities Implement and operationalize the ESG Policy, Code of Conduct, and Sustainable Procurement Policy. Conduct gap assessments and recommend best practices to align with global frameworks (GRI, BRSR, TCFD, EcoVadis). Monitor ESG market trends and provide updates to the leadership. Working knowledge of EcoVadis or similar ESG rating platforms. This role will support the company’s growing legal requirements, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, vendor contracts, supply agreements, employee contracts, and co-packing agreements.
