Legal Associate – Contracts & Compliance

Reporting To: Director – Business Development / Compliance Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate with experience in contract review, legal coordination, and compliance management within a corporate or manufacturing setup. This role will support the company’s growing legal requirements, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, vendor contracts, supply agreements, employee contracts, and co-packing agreements. The associate will also liaise with external legal advisors and support internal teams with legal documentation and risk assessment.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education:

- LLB (5-year integrated or 3-year post-graduation).

- Additional certifications in contract law, IPR, or commercial law will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a legal role handling contracts, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or export-oriented business environment.

- Experience working with external legal firms and coordinating contract execution cycles is essential.

• Strong documentation and organization skills
• Working knowledge of compliance management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,649.76 - ₹60,000.00 per month
