Job Purpose

Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts by implementing company-wide ESG strategy, overseeing policy execution, leading data collection for ESG reporting frameworks (EcoVadis, BRSR, DNB, etc.), coordinating across departments and supplier ecosystem, and enabling the company's journey toward global ESG excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize the ESG Policy, Code of Conduct, and Sustainable Procurement Policy.
• Conduct gap assessments and recommend best practices to align with global frameworks (GRI, BRSR, TCFD, EcoVadis).
• Monitor ESG market trends and provide updates to the leadership.
• Working knowledge of EcoVadis or similar ESG rating platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,719.57 - ₹90,000.00 per month
