Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our pharmaceutical products across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should understand pharmaceutical compliance, customer needs, and digital sales strategies to drive online growth and ensure customer satisfaction. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage pharmaceutical product listings on e-commerce platforms (1MG, Netmeds, PharmEasy, Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.) Ensure accurate, compliant, and attractive product content (drug name, dosage, description, usage, safety info) Monitor and optimize online product visibility using SEO and performance marketing Coordinate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with pharma regulations Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns specific to online channels Analyze digital sales data, customer behavior, and marketing ROI; prepare performance reports Work closely with logistics and warehousing teams for timely order fulfillment and tracking Respond to customer reviews, queries, and feedback related to pharma products Track competitor activity in online pharma space and recommend strategy adjustments --- Key Skills: Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, D2C and B2B e-commerce Experience with e-commerce platforms like Netmeds, 1MG, PharmEasy, Shopify, Magento, etc. Understanding of online pharma compliance (e.g., prescription upload, H1/H drugs restrictions) Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media) Strong communication and coordination skills --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration MBA in Marketing or Digital Business (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹191,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you willing to relocate oman?
