We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who can effectively manage and grow our online sales across multiple platforms, including Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta (Facebook & Instagram shops), and Shopify. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing listings, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta, and Shopify.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on platform policies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta, and Shopify.
• Excellent digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
