Job Description: We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who can effectively manage and grow our online sales across multiple platforms, including Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta (Facebook & Instagram shops), and Shopify. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing listings, driving traffic, and increasing conversions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta, and Shopify. Develop and execute online marketing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly. Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotions. Handle customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on platform policies and industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta, and Shopify. Excellent digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
