Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success

    scaling ecommerce fashion brands (must show real results or case studies)
  • Deep knowledge of

    Indian ecommerce buyer psychology

    (especially female segment, Tier 1-3 cities)
  • Experience with

    product-market fit testing

  • Strong grip on

    Meta Ads

    Google Ads

    Retargeting

    Conversion Optimization

  • Understanding of

    COD vs Prepaid strategy

    ,

    AOV boosting

    cart recovery flows

  • Experience with

    Shopify / WooCommerce / Meta Catalogs / FB Pixel / Google Analytics

  • Can

    plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel strategy

    — not just run ads
  • Preferably has worked in

    women's ethnic wear

    niche or closely related category
📈 Responsibilities
  • Audit current store and campaigns, identify revenue leaks
  • Craft a

    90-day roadmap

    for scaling revenue
  • Design and execute a

    full-funnel performance marketing strategy

  • Launch and optimize

    Meta & Google ad campaigns

    targeting specific buyer personas
  • Develop

    retargeting & upsell flows

    across email, SMS, WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with design team to create

    scroll-stopping creatives

    & offers
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on landing pages, ads, CTAs, and product positioning
  • Track, report, and optimize for

    ROAS, CAC, LTV, and profitability

✅ Requirements
  • 3+ years in

    ecommerce performance marketing

    (fashion/apparel preferred)
  • Must have scaled at least

    one D2C brand from ₹2L to ₹20L+/month revenue

  • Strong data-driven mindset: Google Sheets, Looker Studio, analytics dashboards
  • Fluent in

    Indian consumer psychology

    and

    regional targeting

  • Portfolio/case studies with

    numbers + screenshots

    of past campaigns
  • Must be able to work with existing brand assets and product catalog
  • Clear, assertive communicator — no vague marketing talk
