Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Marketplace Strategy & Sales)

Job Summary:

E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
Perfect Listings:
Create optimized product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
Ad Strategy:
Plan and execute PPC campaigns, sponsored product ads, and promotional offers to maximize ROI.
SEO & Keyword Research:
Conduct keyword analysis and competitive research to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
Inventory & Pricing:
Track stock, pricing, and performance to ensure timely replenishment and profitability.
Customer Handling:
Respond to buyer messages, reviews, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
Account Health:
Monitor policy compliance, performance metrics, and take action to prevent suspensions or penalties.
Sales Planning:
Analyze marketplace trends and buyer behavior to implement monthly sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work with design and content teams for listing creatives, A+ content, and brand store management.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and marketplace algorithms.
Hands-on experience with ad management tools and SEO practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Seller Central dashboards, Helium 10, Junglescout etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and reports.

Preferred:

Experience in handling sales-focused campaigns.
Familiarity with A/B testing, ad budget allocation, and keyword ranking strategies.
Previous success in scaling accounts or hitting monthly revenue targets.
