About the Role: Looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage various route-to-market programs for Lenovo.com . This includes the Corporate Employee Purchase Program (CEPP) , Internal Employee Discount Programs(LEPP) , and the Endless Aisle Partner Program(O2O) in collaboration with exclusive offline retail partners. Key Responsibilities: Route-to-Market Ownership: CEPP Manage and grow CEPP across multiple organizations and industry verticals. (via Marketing / internal B2B teams) Increase reach in already tapped into organizations – by constant communication with the HR counterparts LEPP Drive reach in adoption of Internal Employee Discount Programs within Lenovo and its ecosystem. O2O Lead the execution and expansion of the Endless Aisle Program with offline exclusive store partners to provide online consumers access to offline inventory and services. Build a digital distribution ecosystem for premium and other key spaces Strategic Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential partners to scale these programs. Own the business planning, revenue forecasting, and go-to-market execution for each route. Drive retargeting and reach via marketing programs to increase awareness and sales Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, retail partners, internal sales teams, and senior management. Serve as a single point of contact and orchestrator for cross-functional alignment. E-commerce Insights & Reporting: Monitor program performance using analytics dashboards. Identify opportunities in Merch to optimize customer journeys Requirements: Strong understanding of digital commerce models Proven success in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams. Experience in working with retail partners, corporate clients, or sales channels is a plus. Data-driven and comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards Strong communication and negotiation skills.
