About the Role

 

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our marketplace and quick commerce business. You’ll be responsible for managing key e-commerce platforms, optimizing fulfilment models, and leveraging analytics to drive performance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of marketplace management, OTB (Open-to-Buy) planning, and quick commerce strategies to ensure efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management – Own and optimize performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others, ensuring visibility, conversions, and revenue growth.
  2. Inventory & OTB Planning – Manage OTB planning, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation to maintain stock availability while optimizing working capital.
  3. Fulfilment & Supply Chain Optimization – Oversee fulfilment models, stock replenishment, and last-mile delivery strategies for marketplace and quick commerce platforms.
  4. Data Analytics & Insights – Leverage data to track KPIs, analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for revenue and profitability enhancement.
  5. Category Growth & Merchandising – Develop strategies for category expansion, product selection, and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to execute promotions, optimize listings, and drive customer engagement.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketplace account management, quick commerce, inventory planning, and fulfilment operations.
  2.  In-depth knowledge of marketplace algorithms, OTB planning, seller central/vendor central operations, PPC campaigns, and best practices for growth.
  3. Strong understanding of quick commerce models, demand forecasting, and last-mile delivery optimization.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace tools.
  5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
