Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise the performance of our online store. This role blends strategy, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be responsible for boosting traffic, increasing conversions, and improving overall user experience across our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Performance & Optimization
  • Oversee daily operations of the eCommerce website to ensure fast loading speed, smooth navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve site structure, product pages, and checkout flow.
  • Implement A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
  • Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified traffic.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • Create email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer retention.
  • Product & Content Management
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create compelling product descriptions, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional banners.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and average order value.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Customer Experience & Retention
  • Collaborate with customer service to address feedback and enhance post-purchase experience.
  • Implement loyalty programs, remarketing campaigns, and personalized offers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in eCommerce marketing or digital marketing with a focus on online sales.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and major ad platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
