Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Role Description

Make our brand fly across Quick Commerce & E-comm channels with budget bombs, visibility

magic, and next-level analytics. You’ll be the brains (and the spice) behind company’s digital growth

engine.

Job Responsibility

• Strategically deploy digital budgets across Quick Commerce & E-commerce platforms

• Think out of the box? Maybe think outside the platform as well :)

• Launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns with killer ROI

• Drive visibility partnerships with our platform partners in unconventional and creative ways

• Track everything. Report better. Use data to drive decisions and break plateaus

• Own campaign dashboards, KPIs, and insights — you should love telling stories through numbers

• Collaborate closely with content, sales, and product teams for 360° campaign thinking

• Constantly test and learn — A/B tests, channel hacks, format experiments, we want it all

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the marketing domain with experiences in consumer brand/FMCG

• Hands-on experience with performance marketing across Google, Meta, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.

• A sharp analytical mind — Excel/Sheets wizardry and dashboarding is second nature to you

• But also a creative spark — you can turn boring briefs into bold campaigns

• Bias for action, hustle in your DNA, and a soft spot for food brands that actually care
