Ecommerce Marketing Manager

We have launched fast growing D2C brand & looking for a data-obsessed marketeer to own our paid-media engine end-to-end. You will plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels and run sponsored-ad programs on India's top marketplaces (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Product Listing Ads, Blinkit Brand Stores, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Run paid ads on digital platforms - Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels to hit ROAS and growth targets.
• Drive marketplace advertising - Set up and manage Sponsored Ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.; adjust bids, keywords and deals for maximum sales at the lowest TACoS.
• Track performance & report - Monitor CAC, ROAS, revenue, and share-of-voice; share clear weekly insights and next steps with leadership.
• Coordinate creative & CRO - Brief designers for ad assets, test variations, and partner with product/tech to improve landing-page conversions.
• Align with supply & ops - Sync campaigns with inventory levels, pricing, and promotional calendars to avoid stock-outs and maximise sale events.
• Own budgets & partners - Manage multi-crore ad spends, negotiate with agencies/tools, and ensure every rupee is accounted for.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years running performance marketing for a high-velocity D2C / e-commerce brand
• Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Amazon Advertising console; exposure to Flipkart Ads Dashboard & Blinkit Brand modules is a plus
• Proven ability to scale monthly digital spends of ?50 L2 Cr while hitting ROAS goals
• Strong analytical toolkit: Excel/Sheets, GA 4, attribution/MMP tools, SQL basics preferred
• Comfort with creative analysiscan brief, critique and iterate on ad creatives rapidly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related; MBA a plus
