We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Manager of E-commerce/Marketplaces to take ownership of our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. This is a leadership role requiring marketplace expertise, performance marketing acumen, and strong operational coordination.

·      Own the P&L for e-commerce business across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

·      Drive growth through strategic planning, pricing optimisation, promotions, and advertising.

·      Lead performance marketing efforts across Amazon and Flipkart ad platforms.

·      Manage platform operations, including inventory planning, fulfilment, listings, and content.

·      Enhance product visibility through A+ content, Brandstore, and Ads best practices.

·      Build and maintain relationships with platform KAMs/account managers for growth opportunities and escalations.

·      Monitor and improve customer reviews, ratings, and safety claims resolution.

·      Lead and scale the brand’s presence on Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.

·      Mentor and manage a cross-functional e-commerce team.

· Analyse performance using tools like Amazon Pi, Flipkart Nxt Insights and Excel-based dashboards.

·      4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketplaces.

·      Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and advertising platforms.

·      Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace portals.

·      Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Highly organised with an entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
