E-commerce Manager

About Us:
We are a women-owned, home-grown silver jewellery brand, proudly listed on Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa, with our own Shopify store. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, handcrafted silver jewellery to customers across India and growing our online presence. We are looking for a skilled and driven E-commerce Manager who can take complete ownership of our online business sales and growth.

Job Type:
Full-time , Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM

Location: Noida

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in e-commerce management and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Management:
• Create and manage product listings on Amazon.
• Design and upload A+ Content (graphics, banners, product descriptions).
• Run and optimise Amazon ad campaigns for higher conversions.
• Monitor inventory and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Nykaa & Myntra Management:
• Create and update listings on Nykaa and Myntra.
• Plan and execute ad campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Work on strategies to increase ranking and conversion rates.
• Shopify Website Management:
• Manage our Shopify store, including advanced coding customisations if required.
• Update product pages, collections, banners, and homepage designs.
• Ensure smooth checkout and user experience.
• Performance Marketing:
• Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with a target of 10x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and optimise campaigns for sales.
• Creative & Graphic Design:
• Create product images, banners, and creatives for listings and ads using Photoshop/Canva.
• Work with product photography teams for high-quality visuals.
• Sales & Growth Strategy:
• Develop monthly growth plans for each platform.
• Analyse sales reports, competitor performance, and industry trends to improve results.
• Implement promotional campaigns and discounts to boost revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Shopify stores.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, listing optimisation, and paid ads.
• Proficiency in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
• Advanced Shopify skills, including coding customisations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and take actions.
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns for revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
