We’re building a team that believes in creativity, storytelling, and the power of social media to scale a brand organically. Key Responsibilities: Shoot, record and edit high-quality Reels and video content for Instagram and other platforms. Design visually appealing graphics for stories, posts, ads, and campaigns. Handle the entire creative process from concept to post-production. Use professional equipment (camera, tripod, lighting) for content shoots. Manage and organize all content for regular publishing across channels. Collaborate closely with the founder and team to execute creative content ideas. Stay updated with trends and suggest content ideas that increase views and reach. Post daily content on Instagram and maintain the brand aesthetic. Contribute to organic growth of our social media by using relevant editing, storytelling, and engagement strategies. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in graphic designing and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply). Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut. Comfortable using a DSLR or mirrorless camera and basic knowledge of lighting and setup. Good understanding of Instagram algorithm, trending audio, and visual formats. Strong visual sense and ability to match the tone and aesthetic of the brand.
