Ecommerce Executive

Digital Triangle is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Platform Executive to join our team. We're a digital marketing agency that specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for D2C brands, startups, and SMEs. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our clients' online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and successful ecommerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across various ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon.
• Sales & Strategy: Implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer journey from discovery to post-purchase follow-up.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key ecommerce metrics, such as sales, traffic, and user behavior. Use this data to generate reports and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Campaign Execution: Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to plan, execute, and monitor online promotions, advertising campaigns (including SEO/SEM), and email marketing.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and addressing customer service issues to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform-specific policies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills 🎯

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of online retail operations.
• Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon) and content management systems.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
