Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the backend operations of an Ecommerce store, including product data entry and communication with customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Accurately entering product information, specifications, pricing, and images - Creating and optimizing eCommerce product listings - Monitoring and updating existing product listings - Processing orders and managing inventory - Adding tracking information for orders - Providing customer support as the first point of contact - Basic photo editing and resizing - Conducting eCommerce competitor analysis and market research - Managing the ecommerce store admin dashboard - Social media management and analyzing customer insights - Ensuring product data quality assurance You should possess the following qualifications: - Any Degree - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and web analytics - The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, ecommerce, or related role preferred - Strong computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
