Ecommerce Customer Support

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented E-commerce Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions across chat, email, and phone calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer proficiency, and prior experience in customer support. Experience in the e-commerce or jewellery industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. Provide timely, accurate information on products, orders, payments, and deliveries. Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, product team) to resolve customer issues. Update customer records and maintain documentation of interactions. Assist with order processing, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required. Support e-commerce platform activities such as order tracking, website issue reporting, and product-related queries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred). Strong command over verbal and written communication. Good computer skills and ability to work on CRM, email platforms, and e-commerce dashboards. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude with strong customer empathy. Experience in jewellery brands or luxury e-commerce will be a plus.
