We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and skilled in communication. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Handle order-related inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and replacements. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience. Order & Logistics Support: Track orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery. Assist customers with payment-related issues, order modifications, and returns. Ensure smooth communication between customers and delivery partners. Product & Service Assistance: Provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability updates. Guide customers on using the website, placing orders, and payment options. Assist in resolving issues related to product defects or damages. Customer Relationship & Retention: Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
