Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, with a strong focus on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, digital marketing strategies, and online product optimization. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue, increasing brand visibility, and managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller accounts and other e-commerce platforms. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) for better search rankings and conversion. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC), promotions, and deals to increase product visibility. Coordinate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment to ensure availability and timely delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to run email campaigns, influencer outreach, and social media promotions. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. Prepare regular reports and present performance updates to management. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Registry. Proficient in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
